This was a recorded message that I received at 3 AM asking if I was interested in Solar panels.  At 3 AM?  I hung up and then fumed for the next hour.  Should have talked to them.  I am also on a Do Not Call list, go fijure.

Received a prerecorded message to my DNC listed residential phone at 3:50am Feb 1, 2012. Message was about free solar panels from 801-988-4516.

While sound asleep I received a recorded message at 2:21 AM indicating a Morgage Office is being opened in Scottsdale Arizona. Apparently this 8019884516 phone number is located in Utah and I live in Los Angeles. . .  In my opinon the person/company behind the recorded messages is an inconsiderate idiot.

I had the exact same thing - 3 a.m. for solar panels!

"You may also file a complaint if you received a call that used a recorded message instead of a live person (whether or not your number was on the Registry). "
