Keeps calling me at work after I asked them to stop. Claims I owe $300 to a company called Cash Advance will not provide any written proof or any other info. They have all my personal info,  They call over & over for hours at a time clogging 3 lines up at work. I may get fired for this BS .   I contacted the local police & phone company neither can help. They still keep calling even after I agreed to make a payment arrangement on payday. Call me names & taunts me  HELP !!

This person called me while I was at work and left message of a file claim towards me, I don't know who this person is and if so could you help me? I do think it's the loan that I've made at least 5 years ago which I paid them and their still calling so please can you help me?

Don't give them any money.  Next time they call ask them to mail you proof you owe the money.  The law says that if they won't send proof you don't have to pay.

If they ask for your address don't give it to them. If the debt is real they already know your address.  

There are scammers who invent fake debts and call demanding immediate payment, usually by credit card or wire transfer,  Don't fall for the scam.

They have been calling me for over 5 years, and I'm not the person that they are trying to reach. This time I got aggressive with my request to take out the number. This guy with a heavy something accent started talking pervertedly. So sick of these call. Called before 8 am, which is illegal, too. He laughed when I said that he was breaking the law.
