I got a restricted call, but a voicemail was left.  It was this guy by the name of Mike Sherman giving full information about the previous person that owned the phone number.  He gave her full name, address, last four of her social.  He said he was calling from Davidson & associates and gave this number. I called back the first time someone answered, but the call was disconnected.  I tried calling back and it is now disconnected.

I have got 2-3 calls saying this is for Miriam Johnson at my full address including city and that a judgement has been made against us.  To find out about the claim I am supposed to call Mark Davidson, the attorney, and reference a case number.  Otherwise my address has been verified and the case will be documented, whatever that means.

Scam artists, want money to do loan modifications amongst other things. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!  See the ftc.gov website about loan modification scams.
