Did not leave a message called 3 times I did not answer any time

I gotten 9 calls from this number. I did not answer because I  do not know this area code.

I got a phone call from this unknown number. And just a  while ago I answered, and she said that I won some prizes for some android phone and some cash. And after that she said she wanted me say some good words about her to her superior as he is recording the conversation or something. So I believe that this might be some kind of scam so I got scared and hung up. I just pray that they don't call me anymore. Oh by the way, after the 801 call, a +0000000000 number called me. And I did not answer.

might have won  million dollars, told them I didn't need  it and do not call again.

Received 5 calls in last 3 days. None were answered.
