I received the same automated voicemail from this number today. This is most likely telemarketing since the number here is new and no one and no company has it yet.

This is a "Telemarketing Brokearge Firm"
Computer dials random numbers and waits for a response (human, voice mail, anything). If it gets one it adds it to a list which it sells to Telemarketing companies. You may sometimes get a VM which says "this is a service verification call".

I also was called by  ypr.   Checked voice mail online and got service notification as did Dexter above
