I received a call from 801-739-9164, although I screen all my calls, this time I thought perhaps
was someone I just met in Salt Lake City, so I did answer, after several "Hello " no answers.
What can we do to get rid of such a plague !

I can hear movement on the other end of the line but no one speaks. Eventually they hang up.

The call was about if you might qualify for a insulation rebate from Questar & Rocky Mtn. Power. They ask you some questions about your house. It's now recommended to have R38 insulation in your attic, so they can have an energy wise inspector come out for free, no obligation, go into your attic check it out and tell you right on the spot if you qualify for the rebate from Questar & Rocky Mtn. When I answered the guy said i can't hear you I'll have to call back... Called back right away but I ignored the call. Went to Voicemail and it was just noise and breathing on the recording.
I can only assume they are verifying valid phone numbers.
