The only problem is, is it the Truth
or just another lie by a scammer or collection agency
attempting to steal your money?
I would investigate first.

A Brad Montireth called and said that I or a family member was owed money.  I called back and he explained it all to me clearly and sure enough there was some money owed to my family from my grandfather's estate.  He was very helpful and honest.

Did anything ever become of it?
We have also received a letter, however I am skeptical.

I received a letter from Brad and was skeptical.  He did give me a link at the bottom of the letter to check it out and I found out that his information was verifiable.  I followed his directions and received a check for something I had forgotten about many years ago.  I appreciated his honesty.

Caller claims that I am owed money from a previous home that I owned.  What gives?
