I received a call from this same company. Left no message.  I am on the Do not call list and have been getting these calls left and right.  The DNC should stand for DO NOT CARE list.

The DNC list is NOT a magic call-stopping switch and criminals aren't going to follow the laws anyways

Bill collector.  Left a threatening message about legal action on an account.  The message wasn't even for me.  Don't recognize the name.  Isn't that illegal?  Seems like a breach of privacy to me to leave someone else's info about their bills on a stranger's phone.
