I never heard of this area code someone is selling a motorcycle on Craig's list using this number  with 801-683-0163 area code is this a fraud my son had been trying to contact these people about the bike through emails and he has left them several mess by text and phone on graigslust list it's showing they posted this ad in tampa

Beware of Craigslist sale scams. Make sure  you tell your son to NEVER use a cash wire transfer service if they request it. (Western Union, MoneyGram, GreenDot, etc.) Also beware of 3rd party shippers. Where they want you to wire money to a 3rd party to ship the bike. Always fake. Area code 801 is Northern Utah. The red flags are flying & the bells are ringing on this one. Proceed with extreme caution. If the price is too good to be true. . . .do I really need to finish that?
