Got the call from this ## on the phone that is on do-not-call list. Is there any way to stop this?

Just got missed call from this # a few mins ago. I called this number and I got a VM for Kevin and the message states the VM box is full. Surprise, surprise. I texted this number to stop calling me and to take my off his call list.
