And??  Who are they, why are they calling?  Please provide helpful information

Call back gets, "hello, thank you for calling.  All our representatives are assisting other patrons." Goes on to give office hours.  NOTE:  NEVER states name of company.  That means they're hiding their identity.  A legitimate company would give you their name withing the first 2 seconds of the recording.  That spells SCAM.  Block it.
