I got called numerous times by this number. I miss the calls, and my machine takes them. They never leave messages. I don't want to call them back. Who is this?

I received a call from 801 484 1107. they left a message a woman's recording saying " This is PECK/FECK with a complementary call."  then hung up

Also received the call to our cell phones this evening (3-30-2007) at approx 8.45pm Central Standard Time - no msg left. No idea who it is. We are also on the DO NOT CALL list. WTF??? Any clues if we can block the number? We know how on our land line, I wonder if we should call our cell phone company because I really don't feel like being bothered by calls from them all the time.

Hrm... well actually here's the update (I hate replying to my own posts, but it needs to be done!)... Hope this info helps.

And I'm sure I know why we got the calls --> one of their "clients" is the Metropolitan Opera, and I know we have given to the Opera & are on their mailing lists (which I'm sure we included our phone numbers when giving our info). They were probably trying to get us to donate more or a fundraiser or something.

Check their "clients", it may be an organization you have given to or shown interest in. Shame on us for giving our phone numbers out, we did NOT think they'd give it to a third party. It would also have been nice if they left a msg, tho. :-(

Thanks NRM&JRM...I've been getting those calls as well and have not answered them.  We are patrons of the Met Opera so I agree this certainly seems likely!
