hit my bank account and i want to know for what

I am having the same trouble. Have you found out anything? I went to the Utah attorney generals office and sent an email. I also have a form from the Utah Division of Consumer Protection. If I find out any more I will let you know.

I don't even remember getting a call, i just checked my bank account and had a charge for $38.84. I tried to call them and now my phone's dead!

My account was also hit for $38.84 and I have no idea what for either. My bank statement says salf lock ???? I tried calling the number but nothing happens. How do I get my money back??

Bill - can you formward me the number for the division of consumer protection - I would like to get in touch with them also. Also, there is a another company out there doing the same thing, they are called internet inititative, they hit me for $72.21.
