This number belongs to a man who calls himself Joseph. He works for or is affiliated with the online company-Capital One Revenue.
He will not let you get off the phone or listen to your request to take you off his phone list.  He became harassing and rude and simply talked over me as I told him I was no longer interested and to remove me from his calling list.
