Caller left no message.  Unknown person or name

Caller ID showed Salt Lake Ci UT. Since I don't know anyone from there, I didn't answer. No message was left.

Caller ID displayed UNKNOWN NAME; knew it was probably a scam or political junk; caller (overly-exuberant female) said, "This is LISA!  HOW ARE YOU TODAY?"  I don't like these idiots who act like they're my friends or family... I generally refuse to even answer these inane questions, but today I told her my day started out dealing with a court case in which an unlicensed illegal driver totaled my car... how was HER day?  Stupid twit hung up and I blocked her number.  Calling the number back had recorded message, "All of our representatives are busy. press _ to be removed from our call list" (yeah, right.)  Clearly a scam call.
