Me too! What Is this crap? I have gotten several of these from different people and makes me question security with sprint

It was a text from setezbql12@perry.us , then said subject and had the phone number, the text said hit me up! Is this a security issue with sprint?

NEVER, NEVER, but NEVER return calls or texts to persons or numbers you don't recognize. It's a sure fire way to download a virus, or get caught up in some sort of scam. Forward the call or text to *7726 (SPAM). This works for AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint or Bell. Don't know about other providers. Read advice from the FTC

Forward the text to 7726 (SPAM)
It is very easy to send text messages from any number, or from email, etc.
Did the text mention your name?
If not, then the sender is just broadcasting hoping to get curious people to text back.
