I believe this is a telemarketer call.  The only words the operator will speak clearly are customer service.  When I asked them what company they were from, the response was garbled and spoken very quickly.  I asked a least 3 times for the name of the company.  I asked how they got my name and was told someone gave it to them.  I then told them I was not interested and to please remove my name and phone number from all call lists.  This is the 3rd or 4th time I have asked them to take my name off.
