They call my number asking about my wife  said her first name and left number to call back 8558868567 so i goggle number he see it was a scam  from now on i blocking all number

they have to legally stop calling at 8:30 that is the cut off so if they called right at 8:30 and you answered they can call but anything aftr that they are not to call.

Well you are just so wrong about that.  Federal law allows calls to be made between the hours of 8 am and 9 pm your time.  If your state law says otherwise, then that is valid in that state only.

Mumbled the name of the company, but the number to return the call was perfectly clear.  Maybe this is for an outstanding medical bill, but I'm certainly not going to call someone back if they obscure their company name.

Called tonight stating my father owed a bill, demanding money, when I got into an argument over it not being legit the guy hung up on me, he failed to give me the company in which he worked for, he had an accent, I called back and same person answered but gave me another name Axle, I told him that its a red flag being hung up on when asking what company he than told me what company Abeo, I was once again hung up on for calling them on their scam. I did some digging, and found the REAL Abeo company and their number was different and asked an assistant to confirm 8014322657 as being theirs, they stated that was not their number and they don't do cold calling, they will send out the bill in the mail, and never demand payment, rather the person pays it or not, they take unpaid bills to court, not through the demeanor of calling the person.
