never answer unknown numbers

unknown caller. No msg left May 2014

Phishing scam about lowering credit card interest rate, I press the option and asked how they got my number....hung up!  Annoying

Received call at 8:20 am today. ID said it was Bringham Young University. Utah is two hours behind us, so it would have been6:20 am out there. Almost answered it because I have relatives in Utah but then realized they wouldn't be calling at that time of day. Waited to see if message was left but none was. Thank you for letting me know it was only some more freaks. Getting really irritated at all the calls when I am on Do not call list. Ha! Big help that is!!
