Caller didn't answer. Calling back said the number was disconnected.

thought it was local but it's telemarketer checking to see when I am home, don't answer this number if they call you.

Some kind of robo survey into voicemail. Called the number back from google hangout (anonymous) and got got disconnected message. According to whitepages.com it is spam http://www.whitepages.com/phone/1-801-407-9461

I am getting bombed with this call on different phones. They do not identify who they are but start asking questions. *69 will not let me return call. I think this kind of thing is illegal. Even if they are "taking a survey" I thin they have to identify themselves as zyx  company. They do not have to reveal their client until after survey. But in this case it is unclear if you ever even get to a point total to someone.  My guess it is something political.
