I too attended a seminar about 5 years ago and not only was it interesting but it was also free. This is not a scam nor a "drain your bank account" deal. They will only take your money if you allow it.
The tools they teach are very useful and I would recommend the seminar to anyone.

The caller ID read "unknown caller", which usually means that I wouldn't answer.  However, it was from my area code (Utah), so I picked up.  Silence.  An obvious robocall.  I hung up before the message could kick in.  I sometimes forget that Utah has pretty much become the call center capital of the world...

I attended a Peak Potentials Seminar. They charge you $100, but refund it if you show up, so ther is little to lose there.  Best bet is don't take any cash or credit cards with you, so there's no problem with they "draining your bank account."  I found the seminar first class, interesting, and helped me a lot.
