All you have done is confirm they have a live number! ROT: Do not answer calls you don't recognize and don't push any buttons!

Do a search on call blocking devices and phones. If its a cell phone, there are free call blocking apps out there including trac & straight talk.
For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

Shows "Out Of Area" on the caller ID but it is Norwegian Cruise Line. More BS. Blocked them.

Same info as E.D., I apparently keep winning a free cruise from Norwegian Cruise Lines even having hung up on them multiple times.  This time I did as instructed by the autobot and pressed 2 to be removed from "the list".  Alas, pressing "2" merely repeats my prize and provides no assurance my command has been obeyed.

Even though I'm on the national dnc (do not call) list, I too received a call on behalf of Norwegian cruise lines.  I hung up on them and added the number to my auto reject list.

These free cruise scammers seem to change numbers every week!  This is the third call I've received in two weeks from them, and each time they've used a different number.  I can't block the area code they're calling from (801) because that's my local area code, so I guess I'll just keep blocking the individual numbers.  I've been sick in bed with the flu for four days now and these calls are a pain in the butt!
