Its a generic call back number for the state of Utah, department of workforce services.
They leave no msg, and you cannot call them back cuz it wont give the ext of who called you..

It's the Department of Workforce Services for Utah.  It seems to be with the Unemployment Division. Perhaps they are trying to gather the facts to why someone was terminated?

Yes, this is the main number for the State of Utah Department of Workforce Services. They did leave a message; the call-back number for the specific person was different. I called them back, left a message, and got a call-back very shortly thereafter from the same person who left the original message. This is legit.

This is the Utah State Department of Workforce Services.  It may be related to a new business, start up, existing business, or misfile in your taxes.  It doesn't necessarily mean any issues with unemployment.
