Called twice, no message, second time asked for a specific person to talk about their "home phone service".  It was a wrong number

Called me 3 times today on my cell phone, the first time at 8:04 in the morning when I was trying to get out the door to go to work, the second time it rang about 10:00, and the third time it rang about noon. Something about a thing to save energy from some place in Illinois. Pushy and don't accept a polite lack of time or interest.

This number calls way to many times a day I get tired of it. I have to cut phone off during the day so I can work without being bothered
