Called on behalf of Intermountain Health Care.  The first thing they asked was for me to validate my address.  No legitimate company calls and asks me for my address.

ID themselves as Paramount Equity Mortgage out of Sacramento CA.  History
of deceptive advertising practices and a history on 800notes of endless telephone
harassment.  Ignore and block any calls from this group and phone number.
They may continue to call from various numbers.

You also might want to register on the National Do nOt Call List and then report them
