2nd call I have received like this.  First number was( 801-317-1623) Jan. 30, 2016 at 1:05PM.  Today, (801-317-1674) Feb. 3, 2016 at 9:16AM.  Sounds like a recording but not sure because I waited  on phone till after finished.  There was about 30-45 secs.  Then it hung up.
Guy gives name very quickly so not sure what it is.  Tells me there is a pending case against (us/phone number.  Does not address by any of our names).Tells me  If I don't call the number, they will document that we have not responded and they will start legal action against us.  Not sure if the number he told me to call was the same as the number on  caller ID.  Very menacing and threatening.  Today I called 801-317-1623.  It rang and rang.  Finally recording picked up and said the person was not available and I could leave message.  I left message that I was reporting this number.  If this continues, who do I report this to?

This stupid man calls me every single f**king day.LEAVE ME ALONE SCAMMER!!!!!!!

Calls seems recorded treating legal action if I don't respond blah blah

I've been called a couple of times. Same message telling me I have a case pending.

Same thing I got, we don't have any debt or judgements. other searches are turning up that this is a scam to get you to give up money info over the phone by scaring you.
