These folks will call you relentlessly whether or not you answer, are on the national "do not call list" or talk to them live asking them to put you on their "do not call list!" They called me on 2/14 at 1pm, 2/16 at 6:30pm, then twice tonight at 6:15pm and again at 9pm. I spoke to them both times tonight and got the "scratch card" sales script and that they wanted to deliver my prize in person. Upon further questioning, it's "Federal Financial" and it's unclear if these call center losers really know what they're selling. Going forward, I plan to answer all the questions hoping to have someone show up on my door so I can waste their time and money. How a company expects to get a return on investment by calling and bugging the whatnot out of someone is beyond me. I'm beyond annoyed and plan to provide them the same courtesy they given me.
