Do NOT wait any longer for them to put you on their do-not-call list - they aren't going to and having you hold is just petty revenge on their part.  Instead, make sure all of your phone nos. are listed on the government's do not call list and if so, you can also use that govt site to report infractions like these calls.  give details.  allegedly Action W ill Be Taken against these pests.

I got a call from 801-290-1060 - Jesse Gerson.  However I do not answer... they call my house about 4 times a day... as soon as the phone stops ringing, I get another call about 5 seconds later from 561-982-8974.  And none of them leave messages.

they won't be calling me back any time soon. They have called me every day for the last 10 days.  I am fed up , especially since my mom was in a serious car accident two weeks ago and I need my phone clear for important calls. I have done everything to get rid of them to no avail. When they phoned 30 minutes ago (again), I simply picked up the phone and screamed into the receiver in a high pitch tone for as long as I could - until running out of breath - and I hung up. If I owned a whistle, I would have blown it.  I don't think the ear on the other end will recover for quite some time.

A call at 6:17 in the morning.  Is that even allowed?

Same old Jesse but at 1060 number. We have our phone set up to go to voice mail due harrassing creditors so all we get are hang ups, but it's still annoying.
