Thank you for your report. Hopefully it will help other visitors recognize scam or spam phone calls.
Unfortunately, there is little evidence that visitors actually read previous answers, but the regular responders on 800notes continue to attempt to help. Hopefully you will return to read answers!

The Do Not Call list works as intended, but criminal spammers ignore the law.Do NOT call the number back! At best, that merely confirms your phone number.A list of (mainly government) sites where you can report spam/scam calls is at:
