got the call 12/6/07. number came up on caller id but i did not answer I called back and the spanish response said that its not a working number

I got the call right not, Im from Puerto Rico and this is the first time I get this call. Some freaky [***] going on, since a couple of months ago I recieved an email saying not to answer to several phone numbers cause all they do is spend your minute usage and raise the debt you might have, if any, with your telephone company. I got it 12/10/07 at 6:11pm...PR time (I dont know the time zones). Some global thing some puertorican company must be doing to piss the world off yet again with Puerto Rico...I'm sad

Received a call from that number (787) 999-9876 just a few min ago(3:38), I am in Riverside, CA.   I had the same # call me last Thursday night after 5:00 when I answered it was all in Spanish.  Do not know anyone in PR.
