My mom got a call and she had prob understanding the phone call (hard of hearing) she put me on the line. The man said that they are a Mail delivering company for different services from operating partners. He had her number,  name, and partial address. When I asked what service in particular he had the correspondence from he said he cannot respond because the envelope was concealing that information. It seemed fishy so I asked for a number to call back to verify the information and got the 787-993-3700. When I called back someone answered, but the acoustic sounded fishy, not businesslike at all. This is scary that they would find her like that. We don't think she has any business with them. Where can I make complain about this number?

I just got a call from that same number and was told to call back and ask for Edgard (no last name...smh). I have no debts and my credit is impecable. Someone's trying to get paid somehow lol. SMH

no es que son malas pagas es que ustedes falsifican direcciones de las personas a proposito para emplazarlos ya que la persona no tiene conocimiento del caso ademas hay muchas personas que dejaron de pagar no por malas pagas si no por situaciones mas alla como quedarse sin trabajo problemas de salud etc tu lo sabes asi que no vengas a dirigirte a las personas de esa manera por que las cuentas que ustedes compran es a una chaveria y falsifican documentos y firmas para venir a robarle a los que tenian la deuda
