Got a call at **5:29AM**, yesterday, SATURDAY, February 14, 2015.  Awoke a sleeping household and scared us half to death.  While fumbling for phone/Caller ID, it stopped ringing at 3.5 rings; no msg left.  Caller ID said "PRTC-029" and this number.  Could that be "PRECINCT 029" as in a POLICE station???  NO ONE we care about is in Puerto Rico, and we have NO IDEA who this was or WHY they were calling at that hour.  Is this a SCAM to get you to call back, putting a huge charge on your phone bill (gotcha call?)?  Or was this simply a very badly timed wrong number?  Possibly someone in JAIL in PR looking to be bailed out by family in Western Massachusetts???
