This number is a scam! He will ask you to Western Union the security deposit to Puerto Rico. HE DOES NOT OWN THE HOUSE! I got scammed by him in Atlanta in November and I see his ads all over on Craigslist and other free ads. Call your local police before you speak with him again, maybe he can finally be caught.

If it is not a scam, then where is my security deposit? Why didn't the rightful owners of the house know someone was trying to rent it? Why does a Google search for 787-235-1300 yield craigslist posts of someone using that number trying to rent houses from Washinton DC to San Jose, California?
Anyone using the number 787-235-1300 is part of a scam, simple as that.

THIS IS CORRECT HE JUST GOT ME FOR A SECURITY DEPOSIT TOO!! SAME THING WIRE OVER MONEY TO PR. HIS EMAIL IS TYCOON.KINGDOM@YAHOO.COM IT IS A BANK OWNED PROPERTY HE IS TRYING TO RENT AND NOW HE WON'T RETURN MY CALLS EITHER HIS PHONE IS ALWAYS BUSY.....
