This number showed up today on my "Missed Calls" alert. Unfortunately, I didn't think to look it up as a girlfriend in another state had just gotten a new phone. I hit "send", saw it pop up with Puerto Rico and shut the phone FAST. Then started researching, which is what led me to this site.
