I've been getting these for days... I'm wondering if this is a form of Obamacare... I'm with you...WHF! I don't get it either, I went to the suggested site creditkarma, and there's capital one to apply for, no way to go anywhere till you "sign in", BIG NOT!

SAME THING HERE, I'M IN SOUTH CAROLINA, BEEN GETTING THESE CALLS FOR 3 DAYS....AND I OWED 3000.00, NEVER HAD A CAPITAL ONE, AND SAID MY SOCIAL HAD BEEN BREECED AND WOULD BE ARRESTED.... WELL HELL, FREE HEALTH CARE! I WAS ALSO TOLD I HAD 2 CHARGES AGAINST ME AND HAD GIVEN UP MY RIGHT'S AND WOULD BE ARRESTED!

They have called twice, & when I returned the call they wouldn't tell me anything because I was the spouse.  They answered the phone "mediation" & caller ID shows Miami, FL.  We also got a call from a different number in Montana with the exact same voice on the message and case number given and when my husband called them back it was a law firm and they said there was no information on his name, our phone number or the "case number" they gave and it must've been a mistake.  We don't live anywhere near either of these states and have excellent credit.
