Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

I am not really happy that my cell phone was called by this number during business hours.  I didn't answer and I am glad I didn't after reading the post just ahead of mine!

A Spanish speaker called me at 12 times from 11:33 -11:38 pm. I speak Spanish and asked the male caller to remove my phone number from their call list. He didn't respond, he continued with his wrinkle cream pitch. I asked him again to remove it, and he said he didn't understand me, so I proceeded to repeat myself, but in English, and he stated in Spanish, " I don't understand, you need to speak in Spanish." I again told him in Spanish to stop calling me, and to remove my number. He stated that he doesn't understand that request because he didn't call me I called him. I told him, " No, you called me. My phone rang, I picked up, and you called me." He then stated that he didn't call me again, so I figured he was trying to keep me on the phone, so I hung up. He called the second time, I told him I was going to find out how I can report them, and to stop calling me, and remove my number. I then hung up. He called a third time, and asked me, " Why am I going to report him?" I just hung up. He then called me over and over again, but those last 9 times I had to hit ignore, until he stopped calling. I seriously need these calls to stop, but they aren't....

These people need to be reported to your local police and see if enough complaints come with is phone number and lame  [***] company that will get them shut down!! I have been called back to back until 12:05 AM!!!!!

If you have an iPhone you can block the caller by hitting the "i" next to the number - thanks for your input - I just got a call from that number.
