I just spoke to an extremely rude man, Michael Thompson, from your company.  I was not sure if he was for real or if he even worked for you. He is trying to collect a past due amount owed to Riverbend Payday Loans.

He made me very nervous, the more informatin I tried to get from him, the worse he got.   Told me I would not call him back, he didn't care if I paid the past due or not, that was my problem...

I called Riverbend and they told me they gave the past due loan to a company called CompSeries3.

I'm sorry, but you need to calm down your employees, obviously having a bad day.
