Two calls from 786-607-1985 today (Thursday) both at 13:18 EST went directly to voice mail. No message left. Caller ID says "PATROLMANS FOUN".

This is a well known scam operation. You can find reports on line by looking them up. This number is from Florida (I live in NC). Even if it was legit I would want to donate to MY people, not those in another state.
