just received a call from this number (786-574-8497), which was not recognized. answering machine picked up, there was silence, no message left; then they hung up. caller ID shows Fl.

Got a call today and didn't answer based on comments on this site. Showed on my caller ID as "786-574-8497 Cell FL:".
Thanks for letting me know it is a robocall/scam. Will block.
