I got the same call about bladder surgery. I asked where they get the information. They said
"from the County...." Then she wanted to know if I was on blood thinners.  Well they woke me up from a nap, and I was not in a good mood. Among other things I told them, very loudly, it was none of their business. Anyway, they hung up on me! Can you imagine. The nerve! And I was just getting started.  Don't think they will be calling again.

Calls repeatedly and doesn't leave a message

Called 3 times within an hour, didn't leave message.

I got a call today stating a family member was taking a blood thinner (they didn't even clarify who they were calling for). I told them that I had no family members taking such medication.  I then proceeded to tell the gentleman he was violating HIPPA laws by accessing medical records and for also divulging such information to someone other than the patient.  There was stammering on the other end. I promptly asked him to not call again, wished him a good day, and hung up.

Called three times in a row and did not leave a message.
