This guy had a house listed for rent on craigslist for a hopuse that was also listed by a real estate company.  His listing was $300 less.  When we contacted him, he said he was the owner and was living in Illinois now.  The reason he was listing it himself for less was because he said he would not have to pay the leasing company their monthly fee.  We sent him some basic information and viewed the house. he said we were approved and that he needed us to wire the money to Nigeria. RED FLAG! I did some more research and found that the home was actually owned by a corporation.  We did not send him any money and you shouldn't either.
