If you don't know who they are, why did you give them your information? Some random person calls, offering you a loan you didn't inquire about and you just give them your information?!

I have been getting the same call. I didn't answer and some guy left a message saying I could get an installment loan of 4000 dollars. I never applied or inquired about a loan. How can I get them to stop calling me? They have called at least 2 times a day.
