You need to check if your state has a revenge porn statute or cyberbullying law on the books. If this person purchased a domain (like yournamehere.com but not yournamehere.blogspot.com), you can do a whois lookup and find the domain's contact for abuse reports. If the website is indeed against the domain registrar and/or host's TOS of AU policies, then they could suspend the account.
