Just got a call on my cell phone - no message left

Called and no message.  Probably Scammers.

Solar Panel SCAM

Automated recording telling me I've won a Bermuda vacation.  Came in on my new smartphone, no doubt due to one of the freakin' apps that needs "permission to access phone settings" in order to function.  NEVER had any spam calls on a cell phone until I switched to a smartphone.

Caller ID says Homestead FL. No message left.
