This morning, I recieved three sms messages with Snapchat codes. The code were all the same. I do not use snapchat. I do not even have an account. Later on this number called me. I did not pick up my phone. A minute later I recieved a voicemail reading these numbers (it sounded like these numbers.
I have a Dutch phonenumber and live in the Netherlands.

Called at 1208am. A recording left a message, but it was cut off. Whoever this is violating so many TCPA rules.

I got this too.  She was speaking Spanish.  The first read off 913717.  The second message gave the numbers 143947, then she quickly said something weird (also in Spanish but I didn't catch it) and then the call was over.
