Calls every 5 days. Leaves no message. When called back it is heavy machine/static sound. Blocked the number.

Sick and tired of being congratulated for the free vacation at the Bahamas. I tried to call back to tell them stop calling but nobody answers. How the heck did these companies get people's cell numbers? Please make them stop!
