Received numerous calls from numbers using 786-390-xxxx, finally decided to answer.  It was a robo call about lower credit card rates and to press 9 to speak to a person.  I pressed 9 and asked to be removed from their list.  The thing is, I know this is not their number - it's a cell phone number in the Miami area - they're phished numbers.  I called one number back and it was a private cell phone number for a lawyer.  I asked if he'd called me - he was so shocked, he called Verizon to report the incident. I'm on the Do Not Call List, but this list appears to be a joke! When will the madness end!!!!
