I have no idea who this is but they called me at 6AM!

Once again - another number from these people that keep callng and asking if I have had bladder surgery, which I never have. Claiming to be from US Medical Association - a compensation call, they say. It is a scam.

they call and when you answer it is a foreign voice  and they hang up

Guy calls with a heavy Indian accent saying he is from "U.S. Medical Association" asking if I recently had some [***] surgery or something to that effect.  Could barely understand him.  With every question he asked I just said "Nope" and after about a minute he said, "Ok, thank you" and hung up.  
Seriously, one of these days I would just love to punch these Mother F-ers.  I assume its some sort of scam.  If you get a call from them, give a piece of your mind and hang up on them before they hang up on you.
