Caller id says J Perez. Left no message

J. Perez has called several times and never left a message.

Number has called several times. Never leaves a message. Spoof caller. Name says j perez

"J. Perez" had called several times, left no message.  Tonight, my wife picked up phone @ 8:30.  Male ID'd himself as policeman (FOP Lodge 45) who is collecting money for added police protection in America, due to high crimes, such as drug offenders.  He talked fast and asked for $100, $50, $35, then  "just give us $15".  Told my wife he was a scam and she hung up.  If he calls back again, he will answer to me.....as I am a retired Federal Agent.

This number has called me 3 times already today. Calls all the time. Then the number changes to (786) 288-7478. I still dont answer. I dont know the area codes. I just found out where they are from and its no where close to where I am at. I get hang up calls as well from other 786 area code numbers. I am just blocking all those numberson my phone.
