Didn't answer because the caller ID was a city and state.

Just got a call @ 7:45PM in Calif.  ID said Exchange Student.  Didn't answer and they let the phone ring forever!!!!!

Constant calls

On national no call list. Got call from this number. Caller ID said "EXCHANGE STUDENT". STOP CALLING US LOSERS!

786 is a Miami, Fl exchange. No where near me.
My ID came up as Exchange Student.
I've recently change my answer message - it starts with; Hello... These twits must have thought they got a live one because the person reading from a script or just a recorded message, which I didn't listen to rambled on for several minutes. You know if I wanted to house an Exchange Student it wouldn't be through a robo call. I'm guessing that this organization is under 'charity' heading so they are exempt from the DNC list.  

After listening to 10 seconds of message I just deleted it.
